You are responsible for maintaining account security and protecting your API keys.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account credentials.
ContextStream product functionality and branding remain the property of ContextStream and licensors.
Your source code, project data, decisions, lessons, and Capsule contents remain your intellectual property.
You agree not to use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt the Service for other users.
Fair-use limits apply to Context Credits. Sustained anomalous usage may trigger account review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContextStream is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
We may modify these terms at our discretion. Material updates will be reflected with an updated date and appropriate notice.
